Ten minutes of silence can turn your whole day around. Meditating doesn't have to be complicated: a quiet spot, a comfortable position, and your attention on your breathing are enough to get started. It's a skill that takes time, so be patient and kind with yourself.
Find a place where you won't be disturbed, put your phone on silent, and sit down comfortably. Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath, to the air flowing in and out of your nose. If your thoughts start to wander, gently bring them back. After ten minutes, slowly return to your body and the space around you, and take a moment to check in with yourself before moving on.

After ten minutes, slowly come back: wiggle your fingers and toes, have a stretch, and open your eyes. Take a moment to reflect before you continue your day.
