You need a compatible charging station, such as an Easee, EVBox or Wallbox, plus an energy meter like the Tibber Pulse or a P1 cable for real-time data. Add both in the Homey app and build a flow: start charging when the rate drops below a certain amount, or when your solar production exceeds a threshold. If your charger doesn't support start-stop, you can adjust the maximum amperage to achieve the same effect. Monitor your usage via Homey Insights and fine-tune until everything runs perfectly.
