Record a Voice Note for Your Future Self
30 min Calm
Talk to the you of a year from now, out loud and unfiltered. A spoken time capsule you will be glad you made.
There is something a written letter cannot quite capture: your voice. Recording a message for your future self, spoken naturally as if you are chatting with them, preserves not just your thoughts but your tone, your energy, the exact texture of who you are right now.
Find a quiet space where you can speak freely, and jot down a few loose topics to touch on: goals, growth, how you are really feeling. Then set an intention for why you are doing this, whether it is reassurance, motivation, or simply a snapshot. Hit record and talk honestly, as though your future self is sitting across from you. Save it somewhere safe and set a reminder to listen a year from now, or on a milestone date that will make it land.

Record your message on your phone or a voice recorder. Speak naturally and honestly, as if your future self is right there.
Save the note somewhere safe and set a calendar reminder for when to listen: a year out, or a milestone date.
