The Amsterdamse Golf Club (AGC) was founded in 1934 and is one of the oldest golf clubs in the Netherlands. The club features an 18-hole championship course (par 72) on the border of Amsterdam-West and Halfweg, with numerous water features, reed beds and wooded areas.
Guests and green-fee players are welcome on weekdays after prior telephone notice; at weekends the course is reserved for members. The clubhouse offers a restaurant and extensive practice facilities, including a driving range and short practice holes.
