Golfbaan Zuid-Drenthe is an NGF-recognised golf venue in Erica (municipality of Emmen), set in the rich natural surroundings of the Amsterdamsche Veld on the foothills of the Drentsche Hondsrug. The course features a challenging 9-hole inland links course with 18 different tee positions, a 6-hole par-3 course and extensive practice facilities including a floodlit driving range, chipping green and practice bunker.
The club is open to golfers of all levels and is run by a combination of paid staff and a large group of volunteers. In 2016, the course was voted the best-rated 9-hole golf course in the Netherlands.
