Golfclub Houtrak is an 18-hole Championship golf course in Halfweg, designed by Gerard Jol and opened in 1996 in the Houtrakpolder. The course combines wooded fairways with open polder landscape and characteristic water features, and is known as one of the best-kept secrets in the Amsterdam and Haarlem region.
Thanks to the clever, star-shaped course layout, the spacious clubhouse terrace offers views of no fewer than six holes. The par-3 fourteenth hole is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful golf holes in the Netherlands.

Visitors (green fee) are welcome on Tuesdays through Thursdays and Saturdays through Sundays from 10:00 to 16:00; the last Sunday of the month is closed. Advance booking and a valid handicap certificate (max. 35) are required.
