A family yard since 1881, once building wooden skutsjes.
One of the oldest yards in central Friesland, started in 1881 and still in the family. It began by building wooden skutsjes, the flat-bottomed Frisian cargo sailers that now race every summer, then moved to steel vessels for commercial and pleasure use. Today it combines a marina, a working yard and winter storage.
