Scoop handmade paper at the mill
We visit a working paper mill in Westzaan on Saturday at 16:00. We scoop our own sheet of paper from cotton rags.

A working paper mill in the Zaanse Schans that produces handmade paper from cotton rags, just as it was done in the Golden Age. You can scoop your own sheet of paper and watch it dry. The thick, textured paper is sold in the shop.
