Prins Hendrikpark
's-Hertogenbosch, Noord-Brabant
The oldest city park outside the ramparts, surrounding the IJzeren Vrouw pond.
Around the IJzeren Vrouw pond lies the oldest city park outside the ramparts of Den Bosch, excavated by the steam engine that gave the water its name. You can walk a loop along the water, cast a fishing line, or settle down on a bench among remarkable trees. On the southern side, children enjoy the playground and the small animal meadow with sheep, goats and deer.
Contact & Info
The park is freely accessible all year round and has no fixed opening hours.
