Golf & Countryclub Regthuys is an accessible yet fully-fledged golf course in the West Frisian village of Winkel, featuring an 18-hole competition course (par 71, NGF A-status) and a separate 9-hole par-3 loop that can be played without a course permit. The course takes its name from the former courthouse of the village and is known for its unique holes, including one shaped like a tulip and one surrounded by the historic Westfriese Omringdijk. Regthuys has been voted the most hospitable golf course in the Netherlands for several consecutive years and welcomes non-golfers as well, for a bite or a drink on the sunny terrace.
