The Gouda club sits on the Reeuwijkse Plassen, the string of lakes left by peat cutting just outside the city. It does both rowing and sailing, has a youth section with its own board, runs courses and races, and keeps a societeit at the water. Optimists and paddleboards share the same launch as the rowing fours.
