Start

Eight hours of pure creation. No consumption, no scrolling, no input. Meals prepped in advance. Just you and the making.

The evening before: prep two meals and snacks. Lay out your materials. Write your intention on a piece of paper: "Tomorrow, I make."

8:00 AM. Begin. No easing in, no warming up, no "getting inspired." Start with the first thing and let momentum carry you.

Suggestie: The first hour is always the hardest. Your mind will suggest a hundred other things to do. Ignore all of them.

10:00 AM. Two hours in. Eat your first snack standing up. Don't sit down at a screen. Stretch your hands. Return to the work.

Hour three is where the magic starts. The planning mind shuts up and the making mind takes over. Things start flowing that you didn't decide.

12:00 PM. Lunch break. Eat the meal you prepped. Sit somewhere different from where you're working. Stare out a window. No phone.

Suggestie: This break matters. Don't skip it, don't shorten it. Twenty minutes of nothing.

12:30 PM. Back to it. If the morning project is done, start something new. If it's not, keep going. Let the work decide.

pauze

3:00 PM. The afternoon wall. Everyone hits it. Take ten minutes. Lie on the floor. Close your eyes. Don't nap , just rest your mind.

Final push. 3:15 to 5:00 PM. This is where discipline meets surrender. Make the last thing , even if it's rough, even if it's ugly.

Suggestie: The best work of a marathon often happens in the final hour. Your taste gets tired, and raw truth comes through.

I made more in eight hours than I usually make in a month. Not because I'm lazy normally , but because I never protect the time. Today I did.

Lay out everything you made. Look at it. Don't judge it yet. Take a photo if you want. Then clean your space. The marathon is over.
