Minimalism doesn't start with decluttering, it starts with attention. This walk combines the tranquility of nature with the art of living with less. You set off with light baggage and a clear intention, letting your thoughts go along the way just as easily as you let go of unnecessary things.
Choose a park, forest, or beach, walk at a relaxed pace and focus on the sounds, scents, and the feeling of the ground beneath your feet. Afterwards, reflect and anchor the calm with a few deep breaths. A fresh, relaxed outlook on your day.

Prepare light. Comfortable clothes and shoes, a small notebook, water, and as little else as possible. Turn off your phone.
Suggestion: Minimalism starts with bringing less.Choose a natural setting and walk at a relaxed pace. Focus on the birds, the scent of grass, and the wind, and let your thoughts come and go.
Feel the ground beneath your feet and connect with nature. Don't focus on your thoughts, just let them pass.
After the walk, sit down and write about what came up. What relaxed you? Which minimalist principle do you want to carry into your day?
Suggestion: Close with a few breathing exercises to anchor the calm. For anyone copying this
