Winter light walk

Winter light walk

1 h Calm

Start

Short days, low sun, long shadows. A walk timed to the one bright hour, with a warm drink at the end.

Check the sunset time and start ninety minutes before it.

Suggestion: In December that means leaving at half past two.

Walk with the sun behind you on the way out, into it on the way back.

Suggestion: Long shadows out, glowing edges back.

Find the nearest place that is open and warm. Sit inside by the window.

Suggestion: Order the thing you always order.
