Suggestion: Write down your theme and core sentence in a notebook.Set yourself a word limit of one hundred to two hundred words and set a timer for ten minutes. Write only the most essential parts.
Come up with a surprising twist that astonishes your reader or gives them something to think about, and write the paragraph that contains it.
Read your story aloud and cut unnecessary words with each pass. Revise at least twice for maximum impact.
