Play farm with homemade ice cream, play meadow and animals
Ice cream and play farm Boereiis is located between Terherne and Akkrum, in the heart of the Frisian countryside. Children play freely in the play meadow with a sandpit, go-karts, climbing frames, seesaws and a bouncy castle in the Frisian flag design, and can see the goats up close.
The ice cream is made from the milk of the farm's own cows. For a small fee, the farmer gives a tour of farm life, taking in the milking parlour and the machinery.
