Kameleondorp Terherne is located just outside Akkrum and brings the books of Hielke and Sietse Klinkhamer to life. Sail along on the real Kameleon (fun for all ages), stroll through the reconstructed village of Lenten, and let older children try survival activities, climbing, and tackling the marsh on the adventure island. Story
Anyone who grew up with De Kameleon knows the two mischievous brothers and their famous little boat. In Terherne you step straight into their world: a boat trip on the Kameleon, a taste of 1950s farm life, and plenty of outdoor fun. The farm is at its best for children from about four years old, and the boat tour is suitable for young and old alike.
