Kamphuisen Siroopwafelfabriek
Gouda, Zuid-Holland
Watch the stroopwafel come to life and eat it warm straight from the iron.
On the Markt, Kamphuisen has been baking stroopwafels to a secret recipe since 1810. Among copper kettles and wooden moulds, you watch the bakers at work and hear how the wafel conquered Gouda. At the end, you taste one while it is still warm. Reserve a time slot in advance.
