Restaurant 't Waaltje Bar & Kitchen has been located along the river Waal in Heerjansdam, just outside Rotterdam, since 1963. It is a large, atmospheric restaurant with a spacious terrace right on the water, where guests can enjoy lunch, dinner and drinks from a varied shared-dining menu. The family business of owner Daniël de Blok has since grown to multiple locations, but Heerjansdam remains the place where it all started.
