Staelduinse Bos is an ancient dune forest and a green oasis among the greenhouses, part of National Park Hollandse Duinen. You can wander along winding paths past old bunkers and search for mushrooms in autumn. Start at visitor centre d'Oude Koestal, where volunteers will tell you everything about the flora and fauna of the forest.

Visitor centre d'Oude Koestal is open year-round on Saturday 13:00–16:00 and Sunday 11:00–16:00. In September and October also on Wednesday 13:00–16:00. The forest itself is freely accessible throughout the year.
