Brasserie Dock of the Bay is open van april tot oktober, donderdag t/m zondag. In april en mei vrijdag t/m zondag van 10:00–17:00. Vanaf juni tot en met oktober ook op donderdag. Groepen kunnen buiten openingstijden reserveren.
