IN de Watertoren
Vlaardingen, Zuid-Holland
Food, coffee and a rooftop terrace at 39 metres in the water tower of Vlaardingen.
The water tower of Vlaardingen supplied the city with drinking water until the eighties and then stood empty for twenty years. Now you can settle in at restaurant De Baron for a fresh lunch, coffee and cake or a cold beer on the sunny terrace in the Oranjepark. Those who want more can book a guided tour and climb all the way to the roof for a fantastic view over the Nieuwe Maas and the city.
