Propsma teaches on the water near Leeuwarden and deliberately does one thing: sailing courses, without the overnight stay and catering that most Dutch sailing schools bundle in. Classes run from children in Optimists to keelboat sailing in the classic Valk, and there is a boat hire arm for anyone who already knows how.
