Three beautiful leaves
40 min Calm
An autumn walk with one small mission: come home with three leaves you chose on purpose. Slows the walk down, opens the eyes.
Walk for ten minutes without picking anything up. Just look at colours and shapes.
Suggestion: Notice how many kinds of yellow there are.Pick a first leaf for its colour, a second for its shape, a third for its damage. Holes and bite marks count.
Suggestion: The imperfect one is usually the best one.Lay them next to each other on a bench or the ground and take one photo.
Suggestion: Flat light works better than sun for this.At home: press them in a book, or put them on the table for a week.
Suggestion: Write the date and the place on a slip of paper next to them.Related playbooks
