You don't need to go to a coffee bar for an iced latte: it's easy to make at home, and often even better because you decide how sweet and creamy it gets. Strong coffee, ice, milk and a minute of patience, that's all you need for a refreshing cup on a warm day.
In this playbook you start by brewing a strong espresso or using coffee concentrate and letting it cool. Then you slowly pour everything over the ice, creating beautiful layers. Feel free to play with the type of milk and a splash of flavour, and enjoy your homemade iced latte.

Get ready: a strong espresso or coffee concentrate, whole milk, ice cubes, a glass and optionally sugar.
Brew a strong espresso or use concentrate and let it cool. Fill a glass halfway with ice and pour the cold coffee over it.
Add sugar to taste and then carefully pour the milk over it, so that beautiful layers form. Done.
Feel free to mix it up: semi-skimmed or whole milk makes it creamier, and soy, oat or almond make it plant-based. Vanilla or caramel adds extra flavour.
